Ms. Carmen has been a music teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years, specializing in early childhood music education. Her unique music program, inspired by the teaching methods of Kodály and Orff, provides children with a joyful, engaging, and high-quality introduction to music.
Given the overwhelming evidence that early involvement in music helps children become better learners, Ms. Carmen believes that every child deserves access to a quality music education.

Ms. Cheyenne is excited to be teaching Ms. Carmen's Music Makers Program in the South Bay! With a background spanning early childhood through middle school, she understands how deeply music can shape a young learner's growth. Her goal is to help each child discover their own musical voice in a joyful, hands-on learning environment that sparks curiosity and fosters a lifelong love of learning through music.
